ポルトガルから帰国後、寝ているときによく足がつります。
早朝未明、ふくらはぎの激痛で目がさめること、しばしば。
恐怖です。。。

アスティ・スプマンテといえば、モスカート（マスカット）から造られる甘口ワインが一般的ですが、これは辛口仕立てのスパークリングワイン。
甘いアロマの期待を裏切るドライで爽快な口当たり。
聞けば、現地でも辛口のアスティ・スプマンテが人気とのこと。
透明なフルーツ感にキメ細やかな泡と、心地よいミネラル感。
美味しいです。今の季節にぴったり。
2本目 アンコーラ モンテプルチアーノ ダブルッツォ 2016 1,030円 新入荷
こちらも新入荷のイタリアワイン。アンコーラ醸造所は小さな栽培農家の協同組合です。
従来輸入しているヴェネト州のガルガネーガとプーリア州のサンジョヴェーゼに加えて、今回モンテプルチアーノが仲間入り。
樹齢30年から50年の古木から収穫されたモンテプルチアーノ100％を野生酵母で発酵・醸造。
プラムやダークチェリーを思わせる黒いベリー系の果実味に、まろやかなタンニンと果肉のヴォリューム。口当たりは驚くほどまろやかです。
これ、抜群のコストパフォーマスだと思います。

Ordinary, Asti Spumante is made for sweet wine but this Asti is dry sparkling wine.
Even though a sweet aroma, the taste is very dry and crispy.
I felt clean fruits, small babbles and fine minerals.
So tasty!
2nd Ancola Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2016 1030 yen New arrivals
It is the new arrivals from Italy, too.
We have been dealing Garganega and Sangiovese of Ancola for a long time.
Then we received this brand-new Montepulciano last month.
It is made from old vines Montepulciano fermented by wild yeasts.
I felt charming black berries, mild tannin and elegant fruits nuance.
It’s so tasty.
I think the price is super reasonable.
I want to recommend this for all!
