積雪の中、インフルエンザ発症2日目。
それほど高熱ではありませんが、全身に倦怠感。
身体のあちこちが痛い。

インフルエンザ発症3日目。
微熱がさがりません。

インフルエンザ発症4日目。
ようやく熱が下がりましたが、ドクターストップにより引き続き自宅療養。
でも、今日は飲みましょう。
1本目 フォラーチ ソラーティオ ビアンコ 2015 1,080円
ま、少しでも体に優しくと思って、シチリアの自然派ワインにしました。
SO2の量も極めて少ないので、色は薄茶色。
でも口に含むと新鮮な青リンゴ系の果実味が広がります。
飲むにつれてやさしい自然派ワインのニュアンスがいっぱい。
ちょっとオレンジワインみたいな感じもあるなあ。
うん、インフルエンザでも美味しい。
やっぱりとってもやさしいワインでした。
2本目 フォラーチ ソラーティオ ロッソ 2016 1,080円 新入荷
赤は新ロットでヴィンテージが代わりました。
おっとラベルも大変身。同じワインとは思えないデザインですね。
で、赤もとても優しい味わい。
シチリアの赤ですが、アルコール度数が12度と控えめで、ワタシ好み。
ちょっとスパイシーな赤い果実の味わいがいっぱい。
邪魔な味わいがいっさいないエレガントなシチリアワインです。
これ、おすすめです。

It was the second day with the flu in a lot of snow.
I kept a fever all day long.

It was the third day with the flu.
I got better as time goes by but still kept a slight fever.

I got better, almost recovered.
But I couldn’t go out because of the doctor stop.
I started tasting wine.
1st Foraci Sollatio Bianco 2015 1080 yen
I chose a Sicilian organic wine because it would be friendly for my body.
Because of the low SO2, the color was dark.
However, I felt a very fresh apple flavor and fine minerals.
The taste was very natural and mild.
The white was very good for my body.
Very tasty!
2nd Foraci Sollatio Rosso 2016 1080 yen New Arrivals
It was new arrivals with the new vintage.
The label has drastically changed, too.
It is difficult to find both old and new wines are same, I think.
Anyway, the red is also very natural and elegant.
I felt charming red fruits with some spicy nuance.
Even though Sicilian wine, the alcohol degree is only 12℃.
It was very good for my body.
Very good!
