きのうに引続き、ポルトガルからの新入荷ワインです。
これは、実に素晴らしい白ワインです。
昨日の白と同じくエンクルザート種を主体に仕込まれています。
とにかく複雑できわめてエレガント。
白い花びらを思わせるフローワル系のアロマに、樽熟成の優雅なニュアンス。
澄み切ったミネラル感と豪華なフルーツ感。
高いワインの味がします。
ダンって、こんな表情も見せるのですね。
素晴らしい！
2本目 ドゥケ デ ヴィゼウ ダン ティント 2015 1,500円 新入荷
赤も非常に高品質。高いワインの味がします。
これもトゥーリガ・ナシオナルを主体に仕込まれています。ラズベリーやスミレのような香りに樽の香りがバランスよくからみます。
黒いベリー系のじゅくっとした果実味に、ふくよかな丸いタンニン。
濃厚ですが、口当たりは非常にエレガントでまろやか。
ポルトガル、来てます、来てます。

It is also made from mainly Encruzado.
It is a really elegant, complex and rich white wine.
I love this flowery aroma, complex fruits, beautiful minerals and long after taste.
I felt the taste of very expensive wine.
I didn’t know there is such outstanding Dao white.

The red is a very, very fine wine, too.
I felt the taste of very expensive wine.
It is also made from mainly Touriga Nacional, too.
I love this violet nuance aroma, red & black berries, rich-deep fruits, elegant tannin and comfortable after taste.
I didn’t know there is such outstanding Dao red.
