自然農法テラヴィティスで栽培されたラングドック産のソーヴィニヨン90％、シャルドネ10％で仕込まれています。
透き通るようなきれいな果実味に、程よい酸とミネラル感。
おいしいです。
生き返るような思いです。
2本目 ドメーヌ バシュルリー ピノノワール 2015 1380円
ラングドック産のピノノワール。
赤いベリーがいっぱい。若干のハーブ感となめらかなタンニン。
きれいに伸びる酸と、繊細なピノゆえに見える豊かなミネラル感。
南のピノとは思えぬ夏向きの冷涼感あふれる味わい。
もちろん、しっかり冷やして飲みました。
いいワインだなあ。

It is made in Languedoc from Sauvignon Blanc 90% and Chardonnay 10% grown by Terra Vitis Method.
I like this very clean fruits, good acidity and minerals.
Tasty.
I think it is very good for summer.
2nd Domaine Bachellery Pinot Noir 2015 1380 yen
It is a Languedoc Pinot Noir.
I felt a lot of red berries, good acidity, some spicy nuance and silky tannin.
Because of a elegant body, I felt comfortable minerals.
It is a very cool style red wine.
I tasted this with very cold temperature.
Tasty!
