おお！ わがホームページがリニューアル！
けっこう、かっこいい？
お料理当番は手巻き寿司。
南フランスから帰国後、初の手巻き寿司。
ホームページ・リニューアル後、初日のペログビ日記のアップデートが手巻き寿司。
記念すべき手巻き寿司ですね。
今日は、ひさしぶりに逗子の魚佐次までネタを仕込みに行きました。
新鮮な相模湾の地魚をゲット。
特に、天然のヒラメは絶品。
ワタシ、ヒラメも結構ちゃんと捌きますのよ。
1本目 キザン セレクション シャルドネ 2013
先月のセールの目玉。ちゃっかり一本拝借。
これは、すばらしい。この透明感の強い果実味。透き通った味わい。
穏やかで上品な酸とミネラル感。なんか余裕たっぷりな風格。
おそろしく上質なシャルドネです。もっとほしい。もっと飲みたい。
2本目 キザン セレクション メルロー カベルネソーヴィニヨン 2013
こちらも、セールの目玉でしたね。
キザンワインの赤のトップキュヴェ。
なめらかなできめ細やかな果実味がぎゅーっと詰まった一本。
なんというか、余裕のよっちゃん。
ふくよかで上品。繊細かつ優雅。
こんな赤ワインが飲みたいのよ。つまり。
土屋さん、あなたはすごい。もっと飲みたいよお。
もう、隠してる在庫ってない？
塩山に行けば、売ってもらえる？？

Oh! Our website has changed perfectly!
I cooked dinner, Temaki-sushi.
I went to Zushi near a fishing port and got very fresh fishes.
It was the first time Temaki after I came back from France.
It was the first time Temaki up-dated on the first day of the new website.
It was a memorial Temaki-sushi!
1st Kizen Selection Chardonnay 2013
It’s a very rare Japanese Chardonnay difficult to get.
I got only one bottle from our release last time.
It is a very elegant style Chardonnay.
It is a so clean style Chardonnay.
I love this transparent-rich fruits very much.
I want to buy this more!
2nd Kizan Selection Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 It’s the top cuvee of the small family winery in Japan.
I could get only one bottle, too.
I really love this dense-elegant red berries and delicate tannin The taste is truly elegant.
Delicious! Delicious!
