今日は日曜日。
週中に少し体調を崩したこともあり、今日は完全にお休みにして休養をとろうと思いました。
しかしながら、妻の介護は休めず、他にも、なんだ、かんだ、と用事が入り、結局一日中あたふたと動き回っていました。
今日も疲れた。。。

優夢牛サーロインステーキ
サラダにイチゴを入れたのは、今シーズン初めてです。
イチゴのサラダ、美味しいです。

ベル・デュ・スッド ピノ・ノワール 2023
昨日のシャルドネに続いて、私がプロデュースするヨークホールディングス向けPBワインの新入荷ロットの品質確認です。
このピノ・ノワールは優れもの。
南のピノ・ノワールにありがちな、ぼさっとした鈍重な味わいはいっさいなし。
イチゴを思わせる赤い果実味、きれいな酸、まろやかな渋みに、サラリとした口当たり。
エレガントなブルゴーニュを思わせる味わいです。
はい、今回の入荷も大丈夫。私が保証します。

It is Sunday, today.
I got a little sick during the week, so I decided to take a complete break today.
However, I couldn’t take a break from taking care of my wife, and I had other errands, so I ended up moving around all day.
I’m tired today too. . .

This is the first time this season that strawberries have been added to salads.
Strawberry salad is delicious.
Today’s Wine
Belle du Sud Pinot Noir 2023
Following yesterday’s Chardonnay, I checked the quality of PB wine for York Holdings in a new arrival lot.
This Pinot Noir is excellent.
It doesn’t have any of the dull taste that often appear in Pinot Noir in the south.
It has a red fruits flavor reminiscent of strawberries, beautiful acidity, and a mild astringency, with a smooth mouthfeel.
It has a taste reminiscent of elegant Burgundy.
Yes, this arrival is also fine. I swear.
