12月に入ったと思ったら、もう１週間が過ぎました。
今年もあと3週間ちょっとですね。
今日の料理
近所のスーパーに買い物に出かけたら、思いのほか良いお刺身が並んでしました。
今日は予定を変更して、手巻き寿司にしました。
生バチマグロ、真鯛、ヤリイカ、サーモン、真鯵、生牡蠣、蒸しエビ、ツナマヨ、きゅうり
冷凍物はありません。
手巻寿司は最高です。
本日のワイン
奥出雲ワイン ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2022 3,190円
手巻き寿司に合わせて、なにか美味しい日本ワインが飲みたいな、と思ってこの奥出雲ワイン。
自社葡萄園で少量だけ栽培されているソーヴィニヨン・ブランを丁寧に低温発酵で醸造しています。
とても透明感のあるピュアな飲み口。
柑橘系の酸とバランスのよいミネラル感が、お寿司にぴったりです。
ワイナリーのある雲南市は、NHKの朝ドラ「ばけばけ」の舞台になっている松江市の隣町。
松江、出雲大社、奥出雲ワインは以前何度か訪れました。また行きたいなあ。

Today’s dish
When I went shopping at a local supermarket, there was a line of sashimi that was surprisingly good.
Today I changed my plans and made it Temaki-sushi.
Raw Bachi-Maguro, Madai, Yariika, Salmon, Aji, Raw Oysters, Steamed-Shrimp, Tuna-mayo, Cucumber
There is no frozen fish.
The Temaki-sushi is the best.
Today’s Wine
Okuizumo Wine Sauvignon Blanc 2022 3,190 yen
I wanted to drink some delicious Japan wine to go with the Temaki-sushi, so I decided to drink this Okuizumo Wine.
The grapes of Sauvignon Blanc, which is grown in small quantities in the estate vineyard, is carefully vinified by low-temperature fermentation.
I felt a very transparent and pure mouthfeel.
The citrus acidity and well-balanced minerality make it perfect for sushi.
Unnan City, where the winery is located, is a neighboring town of Matsue City, which is the setting for NHK’s morning drama “Bakebake”.
Matsue, Izumo Taisha Shrine, Oku-Izumo Winery, I want to go again.
