本日、リラックスワイン・オリジナル ボジョレー・ヌーヴォーが成田空港に到着しました。
一昔前までは、ボジョレー・ヌーヴォーは解禁日の前日にならないと到着しなかったので、そこから大騒ぎでした。
今年の解禁日は11月20日（木）。隔世の感があります。

メバチマグロとスルメイカのお刺身
オージービーフ サーロインステーキ マスタードソース

本日のワイン
マルキドボーラン メルロー 2023 1,080円
少し上等なワインを抜こうかな、と、思ったのですが、ステーキソースを作るために開けたマルキのメルローが、ほとんど1本残っていたので、そのまま飲むことにしました。
で、やっぱり美味しい。
たっぷりとした果実味、きれいな酸、丸みを帯びた心地よいタンニン。
雑味のないピュアな口当たり。
その辺のお高めなワインより、美味しいんじゃないかな？と、私は思いました。（個人の感想です）

Today, Relax Wine Original Beaujolais Nouveau arrived at Narita Airport.
Until a long time ago, Beaujolais Nouveau did not arrive until the day before the ban was lifted, so there was a lot of fuss from there.
This year’s ban will be lifted on Thursday, November 20th.
Times have changed a lot.

Sashimi of Maguro and squid
Aussie Beef Sirloin Steak with Mustard Sauce
It’s a treat.
Today’s Wine
Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2023 1,080 yen
I thought I would open a little better wine, but I decided to drink it as it was because there was almost one bottle of this Merlot left that I had opened to make the steak sauce.
And it’s delicious after all.
I felt a plenty of fruits, clean acidity and pleasant tannins with a rounded setting.
I also felt pure mouthfeel without any unpleasant taste.
Isn’t it better than the expensive wines around there? I thought.
