三連休の二日目。
天気予報は晴れ。でも実際の天気は、一日中厚い雲に覆われた曇り。
洗濯物が乾きません。
ここのところ、天気予報が外れてばかり。
気象庁、なにか問題でも発生してるんじゃないですか？サイバー攻撃？
今日は、水炊き鍋にしました。
今シーズン初の鍋料理。
朝から、グツグツ、コトコトと鶏ガラを煮詰めて濃厚なスープを取りました。
夜になって気温も下がり、とっても美味しく頂きました。
本日のワイン
ギイ・シモン コート・デュ・ニュイ フェド・シェーヌ 2021 4,100円
今シーズン初の鍋料理に合わせて久しぶりのブルゴーニュのピノ・ノワール。
先々月、板橋のとだやさんで購入しました。
高騰が続くブルゴーニュ。昨日、町田のデパートで普通のシャブリに6,000円の値札が付いていて驚きました。私の値段のイメージの3倍です。
それから比べて、これはとてもリーズナブルな価格です。
ブルゴーニュならでは、冷涼感あふれる赤い果実味、美しい酸味とミネラル感、さらりとしだエレガントな口当たり。
水炊き鍋を食べながら、大事にちびちび飲みました。
やっぱりブルゴーニュ、凄く美味しい。
とだやさんのセレクトは、本当に間違いがありませんね。

The second day of the three-day holiday.
The weather forecast is sunny. But the actual weather was cloudy with thick clouds all day.
The laundry does not dry.
Recently, the weather forecast has been wrong.
Isn’t there a problem with the Japan Meteorological Agency?

Today, I made it into a hot pot.
This is the first hot pot dish of the season.
From the morning, I simmered the chicken bones and made a rich soup.
The temperature dropped at night and it was very delicious.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a Burgundy Pinot Noir to accompany my first hot pot dish of the season.
Last month, I bought it at Todaya in Itabashi.
Burgundy continues to soar in prices.
Yesterday, I was surprised to see a price tag of 6,000 yen on a standard Chablis at a department store in Machida. It’s three times the price I imagined.
Compared to that, this is a very reasonable price.
Unique to Burgundy, it has a cool red fruits flavor, beautiful acidity and minerality, and a smooth and elegant mouthfeel.
While eating the hot pot, I drank it carefully.
After all, Burgundy is very delicious.
Todaya’s selection is really correct.
