今日の夕食は手巻き寿司。
北海道産の天然殻付きホタテをゲットしました。
キハダマグロ、天然真鯛、天然ホタテ、静岡産サーモン、カツオ、真鯵、蒸しエビ、ツナマヨ、キュウリ
手巻寿司は、やっぱり最高です。
本日のワイン
チェイス・ザ・グレープ アイデンティティ 2024 4,200円
山梨の矢野貴士氏が栽培したブドウを内藤大氏が自分で車を運転して奈良県に運び、木谷ワインで醸造したワインです。
シャルドネ81％、ジーガレーベ12％、アリゴテ５％、ミュラー・トゥールガル２％を野生酵母で発酵、亜硫酸無添加で醸造、無ろ過・無清澄でボトリングしています。
厚みのある果実の風味、幅の広がりのある酸、穏やかでも存在感のあるミネラル感。
リリース直後は固さが目立っていたのですが、ここにきてグーンと落ち着いてきました。
矢野さんのシャルドネのエレガンスと、ジーガレーベ特有の甘い香りがよくマッチしています。
これ、美味しいですね。今までのチェイスの中で一番かも？
ところで今日は私の66歳の誕生日。
これまでいつも私の誕生日はdaimajoさまと旅行に出かけていましたが、ベッドの上での生活となった今のdaimajoさまとは、それは叶わない事。
今日はベッドの上でお祝いです。
息子の造ったワインは、やっぱり分かるみたいです。
少しだけチューブを通して乾杯しました。
こうやって二人で一日、ずうっと傍に寄り添う誕生日も良いものでしたよ。

Today’s dinner is Temaki-sushi.
I got a natural shelled scallop from Hokkaido.
Kihada-Maguro, Natural Madai, Natural Scallops, Salmon from Shizuoka, Bonito, Aji, Steamed Shrimp, Tuna-mayo, Cucumber
Temaki-sushi is the best after all.
Today’s Wine
Chase the Grape Identity 2024 4,200 yen
The grapes grown by Takashi Yano in Yamanashi were transported to Nara Prefecture by Dai Naito by car himself, and the wine was produced at Kitani Wine.
It is fermented with wild yeast from 81% Chardonnay, 12% Siegarebe, 5% Aligote and 2% Müller-Thurgau, vinified without sulfur, and bottled without filtration and clarification.
I felt thick fruits flavor, wide acidity, mild but presence minerality.
Immediately after the release, the firmness was noticeable, but now that I have come here, it has calmed down.
The elegance of Mr. Yano’s Chardonnay and the sweet aroma unique to Siegerrebe are well matched.
This is delicious.
Maybe it’s the best Chase the grape I’ve ever had?
By the way, today is my 66th birthday.
I have always traveled with daimajo-sama on my birthday, but that is not possible with her now that she is living in bed.
Today is a celebration in bed.
It seems that she can understand the wine her son made.
She toasted through the tube a little.
It was also a good birthday for the two of us to be close to each other for a day like this.ｓ
