今日は大阪に住む孫の仁くんの一歳の誕生日。
お祝いの一升餅の儀式をLINEで繋いで見守りました。
お誕生日おめでとう。

ポークとリンゴのソテー
今日も作り過ぎました。
ポークソテーは、前に作って冷凍していたものを解凍して温めたものですが、大丈夫、おいしかったです。
本日のワイン
チェイス・ザ・グレープ 仁 2024 3,600円
孫の名前を冠したオレンジワイン。
山梨で収穫したブドウを奈良県まで息子の運転する車で運び、木谷ワインで仕込んでいます。
甲州を主体に、ジーガレーベ、シャルドネ、アリゴテ、ミュラー・トゥルガルのブレンド。
ほのかな渋みと厚みのある果実味、ジーガレーベ由来の甘いフレーバーがバランスよく釣り合っています。
孫の誕生日に合わせ開けたのですが、今日のポークソテーにとてもよく合いました。

I made too much today.
The sauteed pork was thawed and warmed up by defrosting what I had made before and frozen, but it was okay and delicious.
Today’s Wine
Chase the Grape Jin 2024 3,600 yen
It is an orange wine named after my grandson.
The grapes harvested in Yamanashi are transported to Nara by a car driven by my son and produced at Kitni Wine.
It is made from mainly Koshu, and blended with Siegerrebe, Chardonnay, Aligote, and Müller Turgal.
It is well-balanced with a hint of astringency, thick fruits, and sweet flavors derived from Siegerrebe.
I opened it to coincide with my grandson’s birthday, and it went very well with today’s sauteed pork.
