アンコーラ モンテプルチアーノ・ダブルッツォ 2024 1,250円
鰻に合わせたのは、イタリア・アブルッツォ州産の赤ワイン。
これ、樹齢30年から50年の古木から収穫されたモンテプルチアーノ100％を野生酵母で発酵・醸造している優れもの。
このスペッック、今どき、この値段でなかなか無いと思われます。
ま、スペックよりも、飲んで美味しいのが一番。
豊かな黒いベリー系の果実味に、フレッシュな酸が絶妙なバランスを生み出しています。
料理も美味しいし、ワインもうまい。
いいぞ！

Ancora Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2023 1,250 yen
The eel was paired with red wine from Abruzzo, Italy.
This is an excellent product that is fermented with wild yeast from 100% Montepulciano harvested from old vines aged 30 to 50 years.
It seems that this spec is hard to find at this price these days.
Well, it’s better to drink and taste the best than the specs.
The rich black berry flavor and fresh acidity create a perfect balance.
The food is delicious and the wine is good.
