朝から雨が降り続きます。
まとまった雨が降るのは久しぶり。
庭の植木は喜んでいるようにも見えます。
気温も少し下がるかな？

真鯛の刺身
鶏レバーの赤ワイン煮
焼き野菜
鯖のグリル ポテトグラタン添え
鯖って普段あまり食べないのですが、かなり美味しいですね。サヴァ・ビアン！
本日のワイン
ベル・デュ・スッド シャルドネ 2023 1,080円
ヨークホールディングスのスーパーマーケットに、私が開発輸入するラングドックのシャルドネです。
ラベル不良のＢ級品をたくさん引き取った関係で、家でとても良く飲むことになっています。
美味しいワインなので毎日飲んでもいいですよ。
お刺身にも焼き野菜にも、鯖にもよく合いました。

I don’t usually eat mackerel, but it’s quite delicious.

Belles du Sud Chardonnay 2023 1,080 yen
This is Languedoc Chardonnay that I develop and import to the York Holding’s supermarkets.
Because I have taken in a lot of B-grade products with poor labels, I drink them very well at home.
It’s a delicious wine, so I can drink it every day.
It went well with sashimi, grilled vegetables, and mackerel today.
