昨日、今日と涼しい日が続きます。
今朝は特に涼しかったです。
助かります。体が楽です。
帯状疱疹ワクチンの副反応で赤く腫れて痛かった腕も、ようやく腫れが引いてきました。
今回の副反応は思ったより辛かったです。
来月、もう一回、ワクチン打たなければいけない。うーむ。

オリオル・ロッセール キュヴェ・エスペシアル NV 1,650円
今日はスパークリングワインです。
リラックスワインが輸入を開始した1998年から取り扱いが続く超ロングセラー。
自家葡萄園で無農薬栽培をされたブドウで仕込むクラフト系カーヴァ。
いまだに熟練の職人が手作業で動瓶作業をする、ペネデスでも極めて稀なワイナリーです。
沸き上がる芳醇なアロマ、きめ細やかで上品な泡。
美しい酸とミネラル感。
やっぱりオリオル・ロッセールは特別なスパークリングワインだと思います。
おいしいです。

The cooler days followed, yesterday and today.
It was especially cool this morning.
Helpful. It is easy on the body.
My arm, which was red and swollen and painful due to the side effects of the shingles vaccine, has finally receded.
This side reaction was more painful than I expected.
I have to get vaccinated again next month. Hmmm.

Wine of the Day
Oriol Rossell Cuvee Especial NV 1,650 yen
Today I chose a sparkling wine.
It is a super long-selling product that has been available since 1998, when Relax Wine began importing.
It is a craft Cava prepared with grapes grown without pesticides in the estate vineyards.
It is an extremely rare winery in Penedes, where skilled craftsmen still work on the moving bottles by hand.
I felt a rich aroma that boils up, fine and elegant babbles.
I also felt a beautiful acid and mineral feeling.
After all, I think Oriol Rossell is a special sparkling wine.
It’s delicious.
