１年の半分が、まもなく終わります。
そんな中、避けなければならないと決めていたNetflixの申し込みを、酔った勢いで、ついうっかりやっちゃいました。
毎日、介護、家事、仕事に追われ、ネフリを見るヒマはないはずです。
早速、前作のミッション・インポッシブルを夜遅くまで観てしまいました。
いかん、ああ、先が思いやられます。

あとは、冷蔵庫の残りものをいただきました。

トルチュ・アン・クリーク ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2023 1,280円
暑い日の締めには、よく冷えたソーヴィニヨン・ブランが似合います。
先日飲んだマルキドボーランと同じくラングドック産のソーヴィニヨン。
マルキと比べて、果肉のヴォリューム感があって、酸は穏やか。心地よいミネラル感とピュアな口当たり。
これも良いソーヴィニヨン・ブランです。
明太マヨネーズ、真鯛のグリルにもよく合いました。

Half of the year is coming to an end.
I inadvertently signed up for Netflix, which I had decided I had to avoid, in a drunken rage.
Every day, I have been busy with caregiving, housework, and work, and I should not have a chance to watch Netflix.
I immediately watched the previous game, Mission Impossible, until late at night.
I don’t know, oh, I’m worried.

To top off a hot day, a well-chilled Sauvignon Blanc is a good choice.
Like the Marquis de Beau Rond I drank the other day, it is a Sauvignon from Languedoc.
Compared to Marquis de Beau Rond, it has a rich fruits body and the acid is mild.
I felt pleasant minerality and pure mouthfeel.
This is also a good Sauvignon Blanc.
It also went well with mentai-mayonnaise and grilled Madai.
