ようやく体調が戻りました。
今回の咽頭炎は、拗らせずに済んだみたいです。
早めに抗生剤を飲んだのがよかったようです。
あまり薬には頼りたくないのですが、ケースバイケースですね。
今日の料理
ジャンボン・セック、モッツァレラ、ブロッコリー、アーモンド、イチゴ、リンゴのサラダ
ホタテ、アサリとたっぷり野菜のペペロンチーノ
今日は2皿だけですが、お腹がいっぱいになりました。

マルキドボーラン シャルドネ 2023 1,080円
白ワイン、何飲もうかと迷ったときにはマルキドボーランのシャルドネと決めています。
果実味、酸、ミネラル感、そのバランスが完璧です。
美味しいです。
最近、すごく売れています。
どんどん、売れ行きがよくなっています。
この値段で、このクオリティーは、他にはちょっと無いかもしれません。
全然、儲からないのが玉に瑕。
儲からないワインはよく売れますね。

I’m finally feeling better.
This time, the pharyngitis seems to have been spared.
It seems that it was good that I took antibiotics early.

When I’m not sure what white wine to drink, I decide on Marquis de Bua Rond Chardonnay.
The fruitiness, acidity and minerality are perfectly balanced.
It’s delicious.
It’s been selling really well lately.
It’s selling better and better.
At this price, this quality may not be found anywhere else.
But it doesn’t make any money at all.
Wine that is not profitable sells well.
