昨日に続いて5月下旬とは思えぬ寒い雨の1日。
時折、雷鳴も響きます。
私、この寒さで喉を痛めてしまいました。

焼き野菜のサラダ
サーモン、小海老、ホタルイカのマリネ サラダ仕立て
タラコスパゲッティ
今日は野菜がたっぷり、美味しかったです。
本日のワイン
ラ・クロワ・グラシオ ロゼ 2023 2,250円
いつも、いつも言いますが、このロゼ 、美味しいです。
きっと誰が飲んでも美味しいと思うと思う。
地中海にほどちかい海辺の自家葡萄園で有機栽培されたシラーとカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンのブレンドです。
シラーとカベルネっていえば、フルボディの濃くて渋いワインのイメージだけど、こんな愛らしいチャーミングなワインが出来るとは驚きです。
今日のたっぷりの野菜とタラコスパゲッティにもぴったりでした。

Tarracos Spaghetti
There were plenty of vegetables today, and it was delicious.
Wine of the Day
La Croix Gratiot Rose 2023 2,250 yen
Always, as I always say, this rose is delicious.
I’m sure everyone will find it delicious no matter who drinks it.
It is a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon organically grown in a seaside vineyard near the Mediterranean.
When we think of Syrah and Cabernet, we think of full-bodied, dark, and astringent wines, but it’s surprising that such a lovely and charming wine can be made.
It was also perfect for today’s generous veggies and Tarracos spaghetti.
