今日から4連休ですね。
昨日、新宿から帰りの電車、夕刻のラッシュアワーにも関わらず小田急線はガラガラでした。
いつもならギューギュー詰めの時間でしたが、休暇を取っている人がかなり多いみたいですね。
今日の料理
具たくさんサラダ
フランス産、スペイン産2種類の生ハム、モッツァレッラ、チキン、玉子、ブロッコリー、アーモンド、イチゴ、リンゴ
ここのところカロリー過剰摂取気味なので、今日はサラダ一皿だけにしました。
でも十分なヴォリュームでした。
本日のワイン
マルキドボーラン カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン 2023 1,080円
最近、赤ワインを家で飲む機会が減っています。
マルキのカベルネ飲むのもひさしぶり。
で、やっぱ、これ美味しいです。とても美味しいです。
品種の特徴がはっきりと出ているのと、なんといってもバランスの良さが飛び抜けています。
オフフレーバーの一切ないピュアな味わいもうれしい限り。
あらためて良いワインだと思いました。

It’s a four-day holiday from today.
Yesterday, on the train back from Shinjuku, the Odakyu Line was vacant, despite the evening rush hour.
Normally, it would have been a packed time, but it seems that there are quite a lot of people who are on vacation.

Salad with lots of ingredients
Two types of Prosciuttos, Mozzarella, Chicken, Egg, Broccoli, Almonds, Strawberries, Apples
I’ve been consuming too many calories lately, so I just had a salad today.
But it was voluminous enough.
Wine of the Day
Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 1,080 yen
Recently, there have been fewer opportunities to drink red wine at home.
It’s the first time I’ve drunk Marquis’s Cabernet.
So, after all, this is delicious. It is very tasty.
The characteristics of the variety are clearly visible, and above all, the good balance is outstanding.
As long as I’m happy with the pure taste without any off-flavors.
Once again, I thought it was a very good wine.
