今日の料理
ホタルイカ刺身
冷や奴
ジャンボン・セック、モッツァレラ、ホタルイカ、玉子、ブロッコリー、イチゴ、リンゴ、キウイのサラダ
あとは休肝日に作った料理の残りものをいただきました。

冷蔵庫がすっきりしましたよ。
本日のワイン
ラ・クロワ・グラシオ ロゼ 2023 2,000円
美味しいロゼワインです。すごく美味しいロゼワインです。
飲むたびに「ああ、美味しいなあ」と感動を覚えるほどです。
チャーミングな赤い果実の風味、海辺にごく近い葡萄畑が生み出す心地の良いミネラル感。
美味しいイチゴジュースを思わせるような甘酸っぱいニュアンス。
有機栽培で収穫したカベルネソーヴィニヨンとシラーのブレンドです。
あっというまに飲んじゃいました。

After that, I had leftovers from the food I made on No Wine Day.

Wine of the Day
La Croix Gratiot Rose 2023 2,000 yen
It is a delicious rose wine. It is a very delicious rose wine.
Every time I drink it, I feel impressed, “Oh, it’s delicious.”
I felt the flavor of the charming red fruits and the pleasant minerality of the vineyard very close to the seaside.
I also felt sweet and sour nuances, reminiscent of delicious strawberry juice.
It is a blend of organically harvested Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
I drank it in no time.
