商談があり都心へ出かける途中、隣駅の柿生で途中下車。
麻生川で、見事な桜並木を今年も堪能しました。
夕刻、帰宅途中で王将の餃子とニラレバ炒めをテイクアウト。
カツオのたたきサラダを、さっと作って夕食。
王書の餃子、いつも助かっています。

どんな時でも、どんな料理にあわせても美味しいが、マルキドボーランのシャルドネです。
いつもながらのピュアな味わい。
豊かな果実味、きれいな酸とミネラル感。
完璧だと思います。いや、ほんと。

On the way to the city center for a business meeting, I got off at the next station, Kakio.
At the Aso River, I enjoyed the splendid rows of cherry blossom trees again this year.
In the evening, on the way home, I took out Osho’s dumplings and stir-fried leek.
I quickly cooked a bonito carpaccio salad for dinner.
Osho’s dumpling, It is always helpful.

It’s delicious at any time and with any dish, it is the Chardonnay of the Marquis de Beau Rond.
The pure taste is as usual.
I felt rich fruits taste, clean acidity and minerality.
I think it’s perfect.
