朝から福島県・郡山市に向かいます。
早めのランチは、いつもの“深川めし”の駅弁です。
迷わず“深川めし”なので、らくちんです。
さて、今日はヨークベニマル本社で、入社1年から3年目までの若手スタッフの皆さんを対象に、ワインセミナーを実施します。
テーマは「ワインの基礎知識とボジョレーヌーヴォー」です。
若いスタッフさんは、やっぱり良いですね。
目がキラキラしているし、皆さん、真剣にワインの知識を吸収しようといった意欲が伝わってきます。
質問もバンバンいただき驚きました。
「私はソムリエの資格を取りたいと思っています！」という方もいて、とても嬉しく思います。
私も、いつものセミナーよりも少し力が入ってしまい、セミナー終了後はヘトヘトでしたが、心地良い疲労感が残りました。
皆さん、ぜひワインに興味を持ち続けてくださいね。
郡山駅で帰りの新幹線を待つ短い間に、いつもの“もりっしゅ”で会津の地酒と馬刺しと頂きました。
新幹線で爆睡後、いつもの新宿の居酒屋でホッピーと焼鳥をいただきました。
あれ、今日はワインは無しですね。

No Wine Day

In the morning, I went to Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture.
For an early lunch, I had the usual “Fukagawa-Meshi” ekiben.
Without hesitation, it’s “Fukagawa Meshi”, so it’s easy.
Today, I held a wine seminar at the York Benimaru headquarters for young staff members who have been with the company for 1 to 3 years.
The theme is “The basic knowledge of wine and Beaujolais Nouveau”.
The young staff are really good.
Their eyes are sparkling, and you can tell that everyone is serious about absorbing wine knowledge.
Also, I was surprised to receive a lot of questions.
Some people say, “I want to get a sommelier qualification!” and I am very happy.
I was a little more exhausted than I usually do in the seminar, and although I was exhausted after the seminar, I was left with a pleasant feeling of fatigue.
I hope you will continue to be interested in wine.
During the short time waiting for the Shinknsen at Koriyama Station, I had Aizu local sake and horse sashimi at the usual “Morisshu”.
After a blast on the Shinkansen train, I had a glass of Hoppy and yakitori at my usual Shinjuku izakaya.
Well, there is no wine today.
