本日、リニューアルオープンをした恵比寿のフランス料理店”マノワ” で、開店のお祝いを兼ねたワイン会にお招きいただきました。
前のお店のテイストを生かしながら、全面的に改装したピカピカの店内。
ワインは、このワイン会のお約束の超弩級。
まるで漫画のようなラインナップです。
お料理も、凄いです。
どんどん、超弩級のワインが出てきます。
極め付けの銘醸ワインが綺麗に熟成した時の、言葉に出来ないような感動を、本当に久しぶりに思い出しました。

Today, at the French restaurant “Manoir” in Ebisu, which has reopened, I was invited to a wine party that also served as a celebration of the opening.
While making the most of the taste of the previous store, the interior of the store has been completely renovated.
The wine is a super dreadnought promised by this wine party.
It’s a cartoon-like lineup.
The diches were also amazing.
More and more, super-dreadnought wines are coming out.
For the first time in a long time, I remembered the indescribable excitement when the exquisite famous wine matured beautifully.
