今日は深大寺に安産祈願のお礼参りに行きました。
久しぶりの深大寺、境内には若い女性の方がいっぱいお詣りしていました。
ついでに商売繁盛の祈願もしました。
今日は鰻炊き込みご飯。
ご飯はあらかじめ仕込んで置いたので、帰宅後さっと支度ができて助かりました。
お刺身はサーモンと真鯛でした。
1本目 小布施ワイナリー ちゃぶ台ワイン メルロ樽熟成 2022
2022年の不安定な夏の天候で、原料ブドウのメルロの色づきが悪く、一ランク格下げして発売されたワインです。
高山村産メルロを全房発酵後、10か月以上の樽熟成を経ています。
確かに色は薄いですが、優雅な香りとサラリとふくよかな果実の風味。
裏ラベルに薄旨ワインと書いてありますが、なんとも上品・繊細・ピュアな味わい。
小布施ワナリーでなければ、表現できないエレガンスです。
すいすいと、あっという間に飲んでしまいました。
実は、夕食の前に、4本のワインのサンプル試飲をしていたのですが、なかに質のよくないワインがあって、いやな感じが口に残っていました。
余計、この小布施のワインが素晴らしく感じられたものの、今日は一本だけでやめておくことにしました。

1st Obuse Winery Chabudai Wine Merlot Barrel Aging 2022
Due to the unstable summer weather of 2022, the color of the Merlot of the raw grapes was poor, and the wine was released one rank downgraded.
After fermenting whole bunches of Merlot from Takayama Village, it is aged in barrels for more than 10 months.
It is true that the color is light, but it has an elegant aroma and a smooth and plump fruits flavor.
The back label says that it is a light wine, but it has an elegant, delicate, and pure taste.
It is an elegance that can only be expressed in Obuse Wanary.
I drank it quickly and quickly.
In fact, before dinner, I had a sample tasting of four wines, and some of them were not of good quality, and I had a bad feeling in my mouth.
Even though I felt that this Obuse wine was wonderful, I decided to stop with just one bottle today.
