カーヴドリラックス勤務時代の旧スタッフの皆さんと六本木の「寿し屋の後藤」でワイン会。
ワインは赤、白、泡以外は事前の打ち合わせ無しで各人一本の持ち寄りですが、4本とも日本の稀少価値の高いワインばかりが集まりました。

cave hatano Grand Merlot 2021」 長野 東御
モンティーユ&北海道ツヴァイゲルト2021 北海道
北海道3本に長野が1本。
いずれも個性豊かな優れもの、どのワインもお寿司にとても良くあいます。
今さらながらですが、美味しいお寿司と美味しいワインの相性は抜群ですね。
皆さん、現在もワインに深く関わる生活を送っています。
今だから話せる昔話から、最新のワインのトレンドまで、話があっち、こっちに飛びながら、楽しく美味しい時間を過ごしました。

I joined in a wine party with the former staff from the Cave de Relax work time at “Sushiya Goto” in Roppongi.
Except for red, white, and sparkling wines arrangement, each person had their own potluck without prior discussion, but all four bottles were rare and valuable wines from Japan.

There are three in Hokkaido and one in Nagano.
All of them are excellent with a lot of personality, and all the wines go very well with sushi.
It’s a bit of a stretch now, but delicious sushi and delicious wine go well together.
Everyone is still deeply involved in wine.
From old stories that can be told now to the latest wine trends, we had a fun and delicious time while jumping from one story to another.
