今日も何かと慌ただしい１日。
仕方なく、料理は手を抜きました。

餃子
ポテトサラダはスーパーマーケットで買いました。
餃子はリンガーハットの持ち帰りです。
1本目 マルキドボーラン ソーヴィニヨン ブラン 2023 1,050円
ワイン選びも手を抜いて、マルキドボーランです。
このソーヴィニヨン・ブランは欠点がまるで見つかりません。
ピュアでナチュラル、品種の特性もハッキリと出ています。
やっぱりいいです。
2本目 マルキドボーラン シャルドネ 2022 1,050円
2本目も白のマルキドボーランです。
このシャルドネ、一昨日開けて、少しだけ飲んだ飲み残し。
2日たっても全然大丈夫。いつもと変わらぬ美味しさでした。

I cut corners on the choice of wine, and it is the Marquis de Boran.
This Sauvignon Blanc has no flaws.
It is pure and natural, and the characteristics of the variety are clearly visible.

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2022 1,050 yen
The second one is also a white Marquis de Boran.
I opened this Chardonnay the day before yesterday and drank the leftover.
It’s all right after 2 days. It was as delicious as usual.
