出先でゲリラ豪雨に遭遇。
滝壺のような多量の水が空から落ちてきて、恐怖を感じるほどでした。
帰宅後、今日は、鰻炊き込みご飯を作りました。
今日はいつもの中国産の鰻が売ってなくて、仕方なく鹿児島産の高い鰻を買いました。
やっぱり、こっちの方が美味しいかな？
お漬物も美味しかったです。
1本目 ダヴェーロ カタラット 2023 サンプル試飲
今日もイタリアから届いたサンプル試飲です。
シチリア産のオーガニックワイン。
地ブドウ品種のカタラット100%で仕込まれています。
透明感のあるピュアな果実味、柑橘系の酸と心地よいミネラル感。
オーガニックワインならではの、優しく自然な口当たり。
とてもバランスの良い白ワインですね。
2本目 ダヴェーロ ネロ・ダーヴォラ 2022 サンプル試飲
赤もサンプル試飲です。
シチリア島の北西端地域で有機栽培されたネロ・ダーヴォラ100%で仕込まれています。
プルーンを思わせる黒いベリー系の果実味の風味。
しっかりとしつつも、なめらかなタンニン。
アフターテイストも心地よく、どんどん飲めてしまいます。気温の高い南の産地のワインですが、とてもエレガントなスタイル。
今回届いたサンプルはどれも秀逸ですね。

Today, the usual Chinese eels were not sold, so I had no choice but to buy expensive eels from Kagoshima.

The pickles were also delicious.
1st Da Vero Catarratto 2023 Sample Tasting
Today is the sample tasting from Italy.
It is an organic wine from Sicily.
It is made from 100% Catarratto, a local grape variety.
I felt pure fruits flavor with a sense of transparency, citrus acidity and a pleasant minerality.
It has a gentle and natural mouthfeel.
It’s a very well-balanced white wine.
2nd Da Vero Nero d’Avola 2022 Sample Tasting
The second red is also a sample tasting.
It is made from 100% Nero d’Avola, organically grown in the northwestern region of Sicily.
I felt black berry fruits flavor reminiscent of prunes.
I has a firm yet smooth tannins.
The aftertaste is also pleasant, and you can drink more and more.
It is a wine from the south where the temperature is high, but it is a very elegant style.
All of the samples that arrived this time are excellent.
