箱根から真っ直ぐ帰宅。
帰り道、西湘バイパスから望む真夏の湘南の海が、凄くきれいでした。
今日の料理。
お刺身盛り合わせ
スキヤキ
旅行から家に戻って、さくっと用意できるスキヤキはとても便利です。
1本目 パンゴリン ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2023 1,100円
南アフリカ産のリラックワイン・オリジナル。
このワインも輸入を開始して、すでに20年以上がたちました。
キレのある柑橘系の果実味とキレイな酸、南アならではの青いペペロニ系の香りがアクセント。
あふれるようなミネラル感とのバランスも秀逸。
このクラスのソーヴィニヨン・ブランとして、飛びぬけたクオリティーだと思われます。
2本目 マルキドボーラン シャルドネ 2022 1,050円
スキヤキですが、2本目も白ワインにしました。
真夏はやっぱり白ワインがいいですね。
マルキドボーランのシャルドネは、絶対にはずしません。
美味しいです。

When you return home from a trip, it is very convenient to prepare a quick sukiyaki.
1st Pangolin Sauvignon Blanc 2023 1,100 yen
It is a Relax Wine Original from South Africa.
It has already been more than 20 years since we started importing this wine.
I felt crisp citrus fruits, beautiful acidity, and a green-peperoni scent unique to South Africa.
The balance with the overflowing minerality is also excellent.
For a Sauvignon Blanc of this class, it seems to be of outstanding quality.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2022 1,050 yen
It’s Sukiyaki, but I also chose the second bottle of white wine.
In the middle of summer, white wine is good.
The Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay is never to be missed.
It’s delicious.
