朝から強風が吹き荒れます。
しっかりと、洗濯バサミで止めてテラスに干したシーツが、洗濯バサミごと庭に吹き飛びました。

ラザニアは先日の作り置き。冷凍を解凍した料理ですが、ちゃんと美味しかったです。
1本目 アラルディカ ピエモンテ コルテーゼ 2022 1,150円
イタリア・ピエモンテ産の白ワイン。
はつらつとした果実味と、きれいな酸、しっかりとしたミネラル感。
ピュアなテイストがあふれるフレッシュなワインです。
2本目 アラルディカ ピエモンテ バルバーラ 2022 1,150円
赤はバルバーラ。
品種の特徴である鋭角な酸が印象的。
アフターテイストの爽やかさ、心地の良さは特筆に値します。
ラザニアにぴったりでした。

The sheets, which were firmly stopped with clothespins and hung to dry on the terrace, were blown into the garden along with the clothespins.

The lasagna was made the other day. It was a frozen and thawed dish, but it was properly delicious.
1st Araldica Piedmont Cortese 2022 1,150 yen
It is a white wine from Piedmont, Italy.
I felt perky fruitiness, clean acidity and firm minerality.
It is a fresh wine full of pure taste.
2nd Arardica Piedmont Barbara 2022 1,150 yen
Red is Barbara.
The sharp-angled acid, characteristic of the breed, impresses.
The freshness and comfort of the aftertaste deserve special mention.
It was perfect for lasagna.
