ワラサとビンチョウマグロのお刺身

ブリのトマト照り焼き
美味しく出来ました。
1本目 ベル・デュ・スッド シャルドネ 2022 1,078円
すっかり我が家の定番ワインとなったラングドック産のシャルドネ。
ワタシが開発輸入を担当したセブン＆アイ・グループのPBワインです。
豊かな果実味、きれいな酸、心地良いミネラル感。
ピュアで自然なテイストは文句なしに美味しいです。
良いワインです。
2本目 ベル・デュ・スッド ピノ・ノワール 2022 1,078円
同じくラングドック産のピノ・ノワール。
溌溂とした赤い果実の風味、引き締まった豊かな酸、サラリとした口あたり。
何度も、何度も同じことを言って恐縮ですが、1000円クラスのピノ・ノワールで、これほどのクオリティーのワインは他にないと思います。
実に良いワインです。

It turned out deliciously.
1st Belle du Sud Chardonnay 2022 1,078 yen
This Chardonnay from Languedoc has become a staple wine in my house.
It is a PB wine of the Seven & i Group, which I was in charge of developing and importing.
I felt rich fruit taste, clean acidity and pleasant minerality.
The pure and natural taste is undeniably delicious.
It is a good wine.
2nd Belle du Sud Pinot Noir 2022 1,078 yen
Pinot Noir, also from Languedoc.
I felt rich red fruit flavor, firm and rich acidity, and smooth mouthfeel.
I’m sorry to say the same thing over and over again, but I don’t think there is any other 1000 yen class Pinot Noir wine of such quality.
It’s a really good wine.
