庭のカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、今年はすっかり病気にやられてしまいました。
5月後半から6月半ばまで続いた長雨と曇天の影響が大きかったようです。
残念。。
1本目 ベル・デュ・スッド シャルドネ 2021 1,087円
昨日のピノ・ノワールに続いて、今日の一本目もベル・デュ・スッド。
ピュアで、ふくよかで、エレガント。
ワタシが、シャルドネはこうあって欲しいと思う味わいが、きちんと全て揃っています。
ベル・デュ・スッドは本当に良いワインです。
2本目 オリオル・ロッセール チノ・チャノ メルロー シラー 2020 1,300円
スペイン・ペネデスの自家葡萄園で有機農法で栽培されたメルローとシラーのブレンド。
なめらかなタンニンと、ラズベリーを思わせる赤い果実、ダークチェリーを思わせる黒い果実が、絶妙なハーモニーを醸しだしています。
今日も良く冷やして飲みました。
とても美味しかったです。

The Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden was completely sick this year.
It seems that the long rains and cloudy weather that lasted from the latter half of May to the middle of June were greatly affected.
Regret!!
1st Belle du Sud Chardonnay 2021 1,087 yen
Following yesterday’s Pinot Noir, today’s first bottle is also Belle du Sud.
I felt pure and plump fruits, elegant acidity and nice minerals.
It has all the flavors that Chardonnay wants to have.
Belle du Sud is a really good wine!!
2nd Oriol Rosser Xino-Xano Merlot Syrah 2020 1,300 yen
It is a blend of Merlot and Syrah grown organically in Penedes, Spain.
I felt smooth tannins and red berries reminiscent of raspberries and black berries reminiscent of dark cherries create an exquisite harmony.
I drank it well chilled today.
It was very delicious.
