箱根二日目は、あいにくの大雨。
朝の温泉をたっぷり楽しんだ後、真っ直ぐに帰宅する事にしました。
途中、小田原で箱根西麓牛という静岡産の牛肉を購入して、今夜はスキヤキです。
とても美味しいお肉でした。
1本目 マルキドボーラン ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2021 930円
最近、高めのワインを飲みすぎなので、一回リセットでマルキのソーヴィニヨン。
ピュアな果実味、きれいな酸とミネラル感。
フルーツ感もしっかり。
やっぱり美味しい。
2本目 チェイス・ザ・グレープ シュナン・ブラン 2020
ウチのスキヤキは甘めの味付けなので、合わせるワインは、白が好みです。
ボディのしっかりとしたミネラル感たっぷりの白ワインがいいなと思って、この南アフリカ産のシュナン・ブランにしました。
はい、正解。
このフルーツのヴォリューム、スキヤキにぴったりでした。

Unfortunately, it was a heavy rainy day in the second day of the trip.
After I enjoyed a morning onsen bath, I went home directly.
On the way to home, I got a local beef.
Then I cooked Sukiyaki for dinner.
Very nice!
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2021 930 yen
Recently, I drank expensive wines a lot.
I chose this one in order to reset my taste.
I felt pure fruits, nice acidity and minerals.
It’s nice!
I did a good job.
2nd Chase the Grape Chenin Chenin Blanc 2020
I like a white wine for Sukiyaki.
Especially, the white wine which has a big volume fruits is good for Sukiyaki.
Then I chose this South Africa Chenin Blanc.
I got a success.
I felt rich fruits, pure acidity and fine minerals.
It was very good for Sukiyaki today!
