町田のつな八で会食。
キチンとした天ぷらを頂くのは久しぶりです。
職人さんが仕事をした揚げたての天ぷらは、とても美味しいですね。
つな八のワインリストにあるオーストリア産のグリューナフェルトリーナも、抜群に美味しいです。
ピュアで透明感あふれる味わいは、ワタシのツボ。
美味しい白ワインと天ぷらのマリアージュは最高です。
おとといのミレジムに続いて贅沢な食事を頂きました。

I had a very fine tempura dinner at Tsunahachi Machida.
High-quality tempura is very special.
All of dishes were very different form ordinary ones.
I chose a bottle of Austria Gruner Veltliner from the wine list there.
It was so nice, just my favorite style.
I felt very pure fruits, clean citrus and very fine minerals.
Special tempura and very nice wine showed marvelous marriage.
It was a very gorgeous dinner flowing on the French restaurant the day before yesterday.
