何という名前の桜でしょうか？
とても綺麗です。
今日は焼肉。
黒毛和牛は、美味しいです。
1本目 トゥルクハイム シルヴァネール 2020 1,620円
フラットな味になりがちなシルヴァネールですが、トゥルクハイムのシルヴァネールは、華やか果実味がたっぷりと現れます。
程よい酸とミネラル感。
口当たりよく、すいすいと飲めてしまいます。
焼肉にも、サラッと合いました。
2本目 リラックスワイン ボジョレー・ヌーヴォー 2022 3,200円
セラーに残った最後の一本。
ボジョレー・ヌーヴォーは11月の解禁直後に飲まなければいけない。と、思っている人が多いようですが、本当は今くらいが一番の飲み頃みたいです。
特に密度の高い果実味がたっぷりの、この2022年のヌーヴォーは酒質が落ち着いて、まろやかな味わいになっています。
綺麗に伸びる赤い酸、心地の良い舌ざわり。
いや、美味しい。
焼肉にもピッタリでした。

1st Turckheim Sylvaner 2020 1620 yen
Sylvaner often become a simple and flat wine.
However, this one has very nice fruits a lot.
Also, I felt a good acidity and minerals.
It is very easy to drink.
It is good for Yakiniku today, too.
2nd Relax Wine Beaujolais Nouveau 2022 3,200 yen
It was the last bottle in my cellar.
Probably, many people think Beaujolais Nouveau should be drunk as early as possible.
However, I think now is the best time tasting Beaujolais Nouveau.
Especially, the taste of 2022 vintage is very concentrated.
This one showed a very good maturing character.
I felt very charming red berries, nice acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
Tasty!
It was very good for Yakiniku today.
