麻布十番で開店準備中の「ディーン＆デルーカ ワインストア」に伺いました。
お洒落なカフェとデリで有名なお店ですが、今回初めてワイン専門店を開くことになりました。
ご縁があって、ワタシも店づくりのコンセプトワークに加わっています。
うーん、さすが、無茶苦茶お洒落ですね。
図面は見ていましたが、やはり現物を目の当たりにすると感慨深いものがあります。
日本ワインも充実しています。
開店、早い者勝ちって感じのワインもありますね。
とても高価なワインもありました。
さすがです。
カウンターと麻布十番のメインストリート面したテラスで、ワインとデリを楽しむこともできます。
これ、すごーく良さそうです。
3月9日オープンです。
おすすめです。ぜひ一度お立ち寄りください。
帰路、新百合ヶ丘で途中下車。
炭焼き大で夕食。
駒園ヴィンヤードの甲州をいただきました。
とても美味しかったです。

No Wine Day

I visited to a new wine shop “ Dean & Deluca Wine Store” in Azabu-Juban.
The shop will be opened on 9th March.
There are many Dean & Deluca café & deli stores in Japan.
They are very popular.
However, it is the first wine shop of Dean & Deluca in Japan.
I join a project as a consultant.
The shop looks very stylish.
The assortment wines are very good, unique and well-organized.
There are a lot of fine Japan Wine, too.
You can taste a glass of wine at bar and terrasse.
You have a very fine wine shop in Tokyo, as well.
I strongly recommend you to visit the shop.
After the visit, I got off on the way to home at Shin-Yurigaoka.
I had a nice yakitori dinner at Sumuyaki Dai.
I tasted a bottle of fine Koshu wine.
