今夜は、新百合ヶ丘 “さとう” でお寿司です。
いまワタシ的には、最高のお刺身とお寿司を新年早々から堪能しました。
ワインは北海道・三笠の山崎ワイナリー。
ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン フォレスト2018 は、素晴らしいソーヴィニヨン。
発売当初の鋭角な酸が隠れて、驚くほどの甘みを感じます。
ボルドーの偉大な白を彷彿させます。
豊かなボディとあふれるほどのミネラル感もあり、本当に美味しいです。
ピノ・ノワール ブルーラベル2019は、滋味あふれる優しいピノ・ノワール。
ワイン会に持ち込んでメンバーを驚かすようなタイプではありませんが、しみじみと本当に美味しい。
サラリとした冷涼感、押しつけがましさの無いエレガントなベリーの風味とキレイな酸。
さとうさんのお寿司にピタッとはまりました。
ああ、贅沢、贅沢。。。

I went to Shin-Yurigaoka and had a very nice sushi dinner at Sato, my most favorite sushi restaurant recently.
I deeply enjoyed New Year sushi-dinner with Hokkaido Wine.
1st Yamazaki Winery Sauvignon Blanc Forest 2018
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the estate vineyard in Mikasa Hokkaido.
I felt very rich- sweet fruits flavor, beautiful acidity and outstandingly nice minerals.
What a nice white wine is this!!
2nd Yamazaki Winery Pinot Noir Blue Label 2019
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the estate vineyard in Mikasa Hokkaido.
The style is not heavy, not dark, not concentrated.
However, I felt really elegant red berries, charming acidity and comfortable minerals.
I felt a very cool climate with this one.
I love such kind of Pinot Noir very much.
It was very good for the sushi-dinner today.
