朝、daimajoさまが、一人で散歩中に足を滑らして転倒。
左の手首を骨折しました。
大変でした。
本日は、休肝日。

今日はおでん。
daimajoさまは片手で不便そうですが、モリモリ食べました。
早く治って欲しいものです。
あ、お刺身と牡蠣も頂きました。
1本目 エステザルグ オーガニック コートデュローヌ 2021 1,500円
我が家のおでんには、このワイン。
ローヌの亜硫酸無添加のビオワインです。
ビオ系の変な臭いは皆無。
澄み切った果肉の厚みがいっぱいのフルーツ感、抜群のミネラル感。
懐の深いきれいなワイン、おでんの旨味をしっかり受け止めてくれます。
これ、本当に良いワインです。
2本目 キザンワイン 赤 2009
我が家のセラーで13年の時を刻んだキザンワインのオールドヴィンテージ。
まだまだ新鮮な果実味、若い時は尖っていた酸がまろやかに奥深い味わいに。
ロワールやクリュ・ボジョレーのスゲーいいやつみたいな感じです。
キザンが凄いのか、ブラッククイーンが凄いのか？
どっちも凄いんでしょうね。
日本ワインの熟成のポテンシャルを証明する一本でした。
いや、見事です！！

I had a Oden dinner today.
I had sashimi and oyster, too.

1st Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2021 1500 yen
When I have a Oden dinner, I often choose this BIO wine.
It is made from Grenache Blanc and Marsanne grown in South Rhone by organic method.
It is fermented by wild yeast with non-sulfur.
I felt very rich fruits and very fine minerals.
The taste is very pure and clean.
Very good!
2nd Kizan Wine Red 2009
I have kept this old vintage at my cellar for 12 years.
It is made from 100% Black Queen grown in Enzan Yamanashi.
I felt amazingly fresh fruits, fine acidity, mild tannin and comfortable mouthfeel.
I also felt very fine mature taste and flavor.
It showed a big potential of Japan wine.
