急に涼しくなりました。
週末連休は、また台風？
今夜は、サンマを焼きました。
今シーズン初のサンマです。
アタマの向きが逆ですね。
1本目 トルチュ・アン・クリーク ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2020 1,180円
南フランス・ラングドック産のソーヴィニヨン・ブラン。
南のソーヴィニヨンとは思えぬ清涼感あふれる爽快な味わい。
果実味、酸、ミネラル感、どれも皆、飲めば期待以上のはずです。
こういうソーヴィニヨンがワタシは好きです。
2本目 ドメーヌ レロン ムーラン・ア・ヴァン 2018
ボジョレーの銘醸ワイナリーのフラッグシップ。
元マルキドボーランの輸出部長のジァン・フランソワ・シャボー氏が転職したワイナリーです。
彼が7月に来日した時、おみやげで頂きました。
大事に取って置こうかと思ってたのですが、抜いてしまいました。
素晴らしい！これ、凄いボジョレーでした。
果実のきめ細やかな凝縮感とエレガンス、極めてなめらかで優しいタンニン、長くとどまるアフター。
ガメイのポテンシャルが遺憾なく発揮されています。
高級ブルゴーニュというより、ランゲの高級ネビオーロに似てるかな？
銘醸ボジョレー、恐るべし。

I cooked Sanma at the first time in this season.
1st Trutues en Criqeu Sauvignon Blanc 2020 1180 yen
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Languedoc.
It is a very cool style Sauvignon even though it is a south area wine.
I felt very nice fruits, acidity and minerals.
It is a just my favorite style of Sauvignon Blanc.
2nd Domaine Jean Loron Moulin a Vent 2018
Domaine Jean Loron is a popular family winery in Beaujolais.
It is a flagship wine of the winery.
It is a gift from the winery.
Oh! What an outstanding Beaujolais wine is this!
I felt concentrated-elegant fruits, very comfortable-seamless tannin.
This red wine shows a big potential of Gamay,
I am sure it is a great Cru Beaujolais.
