午後はネタを仕込みに出かけ、お料理当番は手巻き寿司。
相模湾の天然カンパチを破格のお値段でゲット。

カンパチは文字通り絶品、高級なお寿司屋さんのネタみたいでした。
1本目 ドメーヌ ペッシュ プイエ シャルドネ 2019 1,500円
ラングドック・ミネルヴォワ産のシャルドネ。
リュット・レゾネですが、普通のオーガニックワインよりも自然感あふれるテイスト。
とにかく澄み切ったピュアなワインです。

2本目 マリオーナ アリカンテ・ブーシェ 2018 1,100円
スペイン・バレンシア州アリカンテ産の赤ワイン。
アリカンテ・ブーシュは19世紀後半にプティ・ブーシュとグルナッシュの交配で生まれた品種。
色が濃く、酸が強くて、昔は主にブレンド用に使われていましたが、これはエレガントな単一品種ワイン。
サラリとした口あたりと、キレイな酸が心地よいです。
手巻寿司にもぴったりでした。

I weeded my garden in the morning.
I fought the weed and lawn for two hours.

I did a very good job but I was almost dead.
Afternoon, I went to a fish shop and got very nice fishes.
Then I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I did a very good job!
1st Domaine Pech Pouille Chardonnay 2019 1500 yen
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Minervois Languedoc by sustainable method.
The style is very, very pure and natural.
I like this one very, very much!

2nd Mariona Alicante Bouschet 2018 1100 yen
It is made from 100% Alicante Bouschet grown in Alivante Valenciana by sustainable method.
Because this grape has dark color and strong acidity, it is often used for a blend wine.
But this one has very elegant fruits, soft tannin and good acidity.
It was very tasty.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi, too.
