早めの夏休みを取ってdaimajoさまと2泊３日の小旅行、上高地へ向かいます。
コロナ禍もあって、夏休みの旅行は3年ぶりです。
新宿バスタから午前7時15分発の直行バスで約5時間。
長旅かな？と思っていましたが、バスの中ではほとんど爆睡してたので、気が付けばあっというまに上高地。
バスステーションの食堂でランチ。
まったく期待していなかったとろろ蕎麦ですが、これがすごく美味しい！
今日はあいにくの雨模様ですが、河童橋周辺を散策。
上高地帝国ホテルでティータイム。
ワタシはお茶ではなく、グラスワインにしました。
このハウスワイン、かなり美味しいです。
宿泊は、上高地ホテル白樺荘。
岳沢カールを望む絶景の部屋。
あいにくの大雨で、穂高連峰は見えません。
さて特に期待をしていなかった夕食ですが、これがなんと本格的なモダンフレンチ。
長野の食材にこだわったお皿は、どれも驚くほどの美味。
広尾・西麻布の人気フレンチもビックリです。
素材と鮮度の良さに加えて、シェフのセンスの良さを感じます。
ワインは事前にお持ち込みで届けていた小布施ワイン。
カクトー シャルドネ 2019年とドメーヌ セパージュ ヨーロピアン 2019年。
もう、これは完璧。
素晴らしいディナーを堪能しました。
部屋に戻って雨はさらに強まり豪雨となりました。
でも、明日は晴れ間が期待できるらしいです。

No Wine Day

I have a private 3-day and 2-night trip with daimajo-sama to Kamikochi Nagano, which is one of the most popular mountain resorts in Japan.
We took a direst bus to Kamikochi from Shinjuku.
I got on the bus about 5 hours and arrived at Kamikochi.
I took a nice soba lunch at the bus station.
Very nice!
Unfortunately, it rained but we walked around there.
We had a tea break at Imperial Hotel.
I didn’t drink a tea but tasted a glass of wine.
Very nice!
We stayed in Hotel Shirakabaso.
We saw a very nice mountain view from the room.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t see the top of the mountains.
We didn’t expect a dinner at the main dining of the hotel but it was surprisingly fine.
They served a very nice modern French cuisine cooked by the local ingredients.
Every dishes were amazingly delicious!
I brought my own wine from Tokyo.
We tasted Obuse Wine, which is one of the best wines in Japan made in Nagano.
The marriage was perfect.
We deeply enjoyed the dinner tonight.
After the dinner, the rain became harder.
The weather forecast said, it will be fine tomorrow.
I went to bed very early.
