一年の折り返し、今日から後半戦ですね。
さて出張明けの月初め。
やることがいっぱいあって、あれこれ大忙し。
そんな中でもお料理当番、手巻き寿司。
今日はややこしい捌きネタはなし。
千葉勝浦産メバチマグロ、神奈川佐島産ブリ、宮城産ヒラメ、青森産真鯛、富山産スルメイカ、石川産真鯵、北海道産ホタテ、ツナマヨ・キュウリ
ツナマヨとホタテ以外は、全て天然の生。
佐島のブリが美味しくてビックリでした。
1本目 安心院ワイン アルバリーニョ 2020 3,000円
昨日遅く九州から帰ってきました。
で、なんか九州のワインが飲みたくなって、この1本。
安心院のアルバリーニョは、ワタシが大好きな日本ワインのひとつ。
豊かな南国系のフルーツに、シャキッとしたミネラル感。
キレイな酸もしっかり。
手巻き寿司にぴったりでした。
2本目 濱田ヴィンヤード シャルドネ 2020 5,500円
九州の美味しい白ワインを飲んだら、北海道の美味しい白ワインが飲みたくなりました。
今日の2本目は赤ワインじゃなくて、白ワイン。
北海道・三笠で2016年からブドウ栽培を開始した新しいワイナリー。
リラックスワインが販売代理店となって、全国にご紹介しています。
昨日までの熊本・丸菱総合展でもご紹介をして、来場者から極めて高い評価とたくさんの注文をいただきました。
自家栽培のシャルドネを野生酵母で樽発酵・熟成。
奥行きの深い果実味、北海道ならではの綺麗に伸びる酸、抜群のミネラル感。
ピュアでナチュラル、さらには飛びぬけたエレガンスを感じます。
これ凄いワインです。
濱田ヴィンヤードは2018年がファーストヴィンテージなので、2020年は3回目のリリース。
2018年はシャルドネは造っていないので、これがセカンドヴィンテージになります。
2回目の醸造で、このシャルドネは既に日本ワインのトップクラスのクオリティーだとワタシは思います。
うーん、やっぱり凄い、うますぎる。。。

July has come.
We are already in the second half of the year.
I was very busy today after I came back from Kyushu yesterday.
However, I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I did a good job!
1st Ajimu Wine Albarino 2020 3000 yen
After the business trip to Kyushu, I wanted to taste some fine Kyushu wine.
Then I chose this one.
It is made from 100% Albarino grown in the estate vineyard in Oita Ajimu.
It is one of my most favorite Japan white wines.
I felt rich tropical fruits, good acidity and very fine minerals.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi today.
2nd Hamada Vineyard Chardonnay 2020 5500 yen
After I tasted a fine Kyushu (south) white wine, I wanted to taste some fine Hokkaido (north) white wine.
Then I chose this one.
Hamada Vineyard is a small family winery established in 2016.
Relax Wine is the sales agent of the winery.
I showed this Chardonnay at Marubishi Food Trade Show yesterday and the day after yesterday.
It got very, very good reputations.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyard in Mikasa Hokkaido.
It is fermented by wild yeasts in the oak cask.
I love the deep fruits, super fine citrus and outstandingly nice minerals.
The taste is truly pure and natural.
I felt amazingly beautiful elegance.
It is the second release vintage.
I think Hamada Vineyard Chardonnay has one of the top class quality of Japan Chardonnay.
Amazing! Amazing!
