某うれしいお祝い事があって、daimajoさまと内々の祝杯。
新百合ヶ丘のイル・カンピネッロに食事に出かけました。
久しぶりの来店ですが、隙のないオーソドックスなイタリアンは、やっぱり美味しいです。
パルマの原木プロシュート、豚の病気でしばらく輸入ができないそうです。
これが最後のストック。美味しさが全く違います。
ウニのカルボナーラ
千葉県産の交雑種、このフィレ肉は最高でした。
ワインはお持ち込み。
白ワイン 濱田ヴィンヤード ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2020
赤ワイン 楠ワイナリー ピノ・ノワール 2018
どちらも、祝杯に相応しい優れもの。
濱田さんのソーヴィニヨン・ブランの際だった酸、楠さんの自然なピノ・ノワールのフレーバーは、他にはない個性ですね。
素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。
今日はとても幸せな一日でした。

I went to ” il compiello” in Shin-Yurigaoka and had some celebratory dinner with daimajo-sama.
I came here at the first time in these five months.
I was sure that this Italian restaurant was very nice.
We enjoyed orthodox Italian dishes very much.
I brought my own bottles.
White wine : Hamada Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc 2020
Red wine : Kusunoki Winery Pinot Noir 2018
Both of the bottles were very nice, too.
We were very happy today.
