ホウボウは大きな魚卵をもっていました。
中骨と焼いたら超美味でした。

1本目 エリタージュ ヴァニエール ロゼ
プロヴァンスの銘醸ワイナリーが造るロゼワイン。
とてもエレガントなロゼです。
ムールヴェドルを主体に仕込まれています。
やっぱりひと味違います。
美味しいロゼは、美味しいです。
2本目 アルマン・ジョフロワ ジュヴレ・シャンベルタン 2017
カーヴドリラックスのECショップ、ザ・セラー オンラインストアのプレミアムワインセットで購入しました。
アルマン・ジョフロワのジュヴレ・シャンベルタンといえば親も同然。数あるジュヴレ・シャンベルタンの中でも、ワタシの大好きなワインです。
このプレミアムセット、カーヴドリラックスを卒業してからも継続して毎回ワタシが作らせてもらっています。
高騰の続くブルゴーニュの銘醸ワインですが、このセットなら手が届きそうですね。
で、これ、文句なしで素晴らしく美味しいです。
こうゆうブルゴーニュが飲みたくて、高いお金を払うんですよね。

It is made from mainly Mourvèdre grown in Provence by sustainable method.
Vannieres is one of the most popular winery in Bandol, Provence.
I felt very elegant fruits, charming acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.

2nd Harmand Geoffroy Gevray-Chambertin 2017
I bought this fine Burgundy wine by the wine set at the internet shop of Cave de Relax.
armand Geoffroy is one of my most favorite Domaine wineries in Gevrey-Cambertin.
I felt amazingly elegant fruits, excellent acidity, silky tannin and gorgeous mouthfeel.
Wine People pay a lot of money because they want to taste such delicious Burgundy wine.
I enjoyed this one very much!!
