ラザニア作るの久しぶり。
しっかりトマトソースから作りました。
でらうま。
1本目 タケダワイナリー ブラン 2021
この新しいヴィンテージは、デラウェア60%にマスカットベーリーＡの40%のブランドです。
ブランという名前ですが、ロゼですね。
綺麗な淡いバラ色。
愛らしい赤いベリー系の果実味に、しなやか酸とミネラル感。新鮮なフルーツ感があふれでます。
口の中で、甘い香りを感じます。
いや、お見事。すごく美味しい。
今日のマグロのカルパッチョと色合いもピタリと一致して、とても良く合いました。
2本目 タケダワイナリー ルージュ 2020
山形県産のマスカットベーリーＡ100%で仕込まれた赤ワイン。
引き締まった果実味、綺麗な酸、サラリとしながら存在感のあるタンニン。
赤ワインとしての完成度が高いです。
数あるマスカットベーリーＡのワインの中でも、この均整の取れた味わいは、群を抜いています。
やっぱりタケダワイナリー、年季が違う。ベーリーＡ造らせると別格だと改めて思いました。

1st Takeda Winery Blanc 2021
It is made from 60% Delaware and 40% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamagata.
The name is blanc but the color is rose.
I felt very charming red berries, beautiful acidity and good minerals.
The taste was natural, fresh and fruity.
I felt some very comfortable sweet nuance.
It was really tasty.
It was very good for Maguro Carpaccio today.
2nd Takeda Winery Rouge 2020
It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamagata.
I felt concentrated fruits, beautiful acidity and elegant tannin.
It is a very, very well-balanced red wine.
I think this one has an outstanding quality in many red wines made from Muscat Bailey-A.
I am sure again Takeda Winery is very special in Muscat Bailey-A producers.
