本当に寒い一日、お料理当番です。
ビンチョウマグロ、アヴォガド、長芋のタルタル
グリーンサラダ
地鶏の香草焼き、マッシュポテト添え
ビンチョウマグロは値段が安めですが、タルタルにすると少しねっとりとした口当たりが生きますね。
今度からコレでいこう。
１本目 オリオル・ロッセール チノチャノ シャレロ ムスカ 2020 1,250円
ペネデスの自家葡萄園でオーガニック栽培したシャレロとムスカ（マスカット）で仕込んだ白ワイン。
感動を覚えるほどの透明感のある澄みきった果実味。
豊かな酸とミネラル感もとても好みです。
飲むたびに感心するほど美味しい。
で、この価格は凄いコストパフォーマンスだと思うんだけど、なんで、これ、もっと売れないのかなあ。。？
ワタシの力不足です。。。。
2本目 オリオル・ロッセール チノチャノ メルロー シラー 2019 1,250円
赤も自家葡萄園で有機栽培をしたメルローとシラーで仕込まれています。
継ぎ目のみえない滑らかな舌触り。
ピュアな果実味とキレイな酸が口いっぱいに広がります。
赤も美味しい。
なんで、もっと売れないのか？
ワタシの力不足です。。。。もっと頑張れ、オレ。。。

1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-lo Muscat 2020 1250 yen
It is made from Xarel-lo and Muscat grown in the estate vineyards in Penedes by organic method.
I felt an amazingly clear fruits, beautiful citrus and super-fine minerals.
I always admired it’s an outstandingly high quality when I tasted this one.
Also, the price is very reasonable, I think.
Why does it sell more?
Because of my incompetence….
2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Merlot Syrah 2019 1250 yen
It is made from Merlot and Syrah grown in the estate vineyards in Penedes by organic method.
I felt very pure fruits and good acidity.
I like this seamless mouthfeel very much.
This red is very tasty, too.
Also, it has a very high cost performance, I think.
Why does it sell more?
Because of my incompetence….
I must work harder….
