北海道3日目。
朝一番で、余市のドメーヌ・モンに伺いました。
直前にアポをとっての押しかけ訪問です。
山中さん、お久しぶりです。突然、すみません。（いつものことか？）
昨年から自社畑のピノ・グリの他にも、近隣の農家さんから購入したいくつかのブドウ品種を醸造しているそうです。
昨年、新しく熟成庫も増築しています。
山中さん、いつお会いしても、そのホンワカしたお人柄に心が和みます。
ドメーヌ・モンのワインは、既に入手困難となっておりますが、またいつか山中さんのワインを飲めることを楽しみにしています。
さて、余市をあとに岩見沢に向かいます。
高速道路が余市まで伸びたおかげで、余市から空知への移動が本当に楽になりました。
まずは岩見沢駅そばの空知ワインステーションに到着。
北海道のワインの品ぞろえがすごいです。
他にも世界の銘醸ワインがずらりと並びます。
レアな北海道ワインを何本かゲット。
ランチも併設のワインバーでいただきました。
美味しかったです。
午後一番で、三笠の山崎ワイナリーを訪問。
皆で山崎太地さんのレクチャーを受けます。
なるほど、なるほど。
山崎ワイナリーの進化は留まることを知りませんね。
ワタシはこっそり、商売のお話を少ししました。
うふふ。。。
次は山崎ワイナリーに隣接する濱田ヴィンヤードを訪問。
濱田さんご夫妻が、いつのもように出迎えてくださいました。
今年の9月の訪問時には、まだ準備中だった真新しいセラーがついに完成。
すでに今年のヴィンテージの仕込みが始まっています。
ピノ・ノワールだ！
少しだけですが、来春から濱田ヴィンヤードのワインを、リラックスワインの流通でも取り扱う予定です。
ご期待ください。
最後は岩見沢の１０Rワインを訪問。
ブルースは足利のココ・ファームへ出張中で、代わりに亮子さんが出迎えてくださいました。
もちろん、ゆずちゃんもいましたよ。
セラーを見学します。
今年は11月16日に最後の仕込みが終了したそうです。昨年より10日も早いですね。
23栽培農家の80トンのブドウを、ここ１０R で仕込んだそうです。
相変わらず、すごいですね。
余市ミソノ・ヴィンヤードの今年収穫したピノ・ノワールも少量ここで熟成をしています。
これ、ワタシが販売します。うふふ。。。

岩見沢から新千歳空港へ移動。
19：00のフライトで東京に戻ります。
搭乗を待つ間に、さくっとお寿司をいただきます。
生ウニとボタンエビもいただきました。うふふ。。。
さらには搭乗ゲート前の売店で、上富良野・多田農園ワインのシードルを発見。
これ、しっかりとしたシードルですね。美味しいです。
さてさて、今回の北海道訪問も、とても楽しく有意義な実りの多い旅でした。
ますます、北海道が好きになりました。
次回の訪問が楽しみです。

It was the third day in Hokkaido business trip.
We visited to Domaine Mon in Yoichi in the morning.
Mr. Yamanaka welcomed us.
Domaine Mon is a very popular small winery.
Their wine is difficult to find.
We were guided to cellar and tasted wine from the cask.
He produced only Pinot Gris from the estate vineyard before.
However, he started producing several grape varieties which he bought from the neighbor vineyards.
It was a nice visit.
Thank you for Yamanaka-san.
Then we moved to Iwamizawa.
Because the Yoichi IC opened at the new expressway, the car travel from Yoishi becomes much easier.
We arrived at Sorachi Wine Station by I hour 30 minutes driving.
There were many fine Hokkaido wines.
I bought several fine bottles.
Also, we had a lunch here.
It was nice!
Then we visited to Yamazaki Winery.
They produces one of the top Pinot Noir wines in Japan.
It is one of my most favorite wineries.
We had a lecture from Mr. Taichi Yamazaki, the young owner of the winery.
It was a very good visit, too.
Then we moved to Hamada Vineyard, which is the neighbor of Yamzaki Winery.
Mr. & Mrs. Hamada welcomed us.
The new wine cellar has just completed in this month.
The cellar has started working.
It was a very nice cellar.
Oh! They produced Pinot Noir!
Relax Wine will start dealing Hamada Vineyard’s fine wines next spring.
Please expect it!
Finally, we visited to 10R winery in Iwamizawa, which is a very popular custom crush winery.
They produced many fine wines.
Almost all their wines are sold out as soon after their release.
Mrs. Ryoko Gutlove welcomed us.
She guided us to the vineyard and cellar.
The winery received 80t grape from 23 growers in this year.
My clients were very impressed in the winery.

Then we moved to New Chitose Airport and took a late night flight.
While I waited for boarding, I had nice sushi dishes.
It was a very, very nice trip.
I love Hokkaido!
