庭のカベルネのヴェレゾンが進みます。
新梢に先月ついた二番成りの房も、いつのまにか大きくなっています。
これもちゃんと成りそうですね。
今夜は前菜のプレートだけ担当しました。
これ、最近のお気に入り。
1本目 マルキドボーラン シャルドネ 2019 870円
久しぶりにマルキのシャルドネを飲みましたが、やっぱすごく美味しいです。
価格が安い割に美味しい、というレベルではなく、一般論としてワインの品質を論じるにあたって美味しいと思います。
ピュアでナチュラル。
きれいな果実味、豊かでバランスの良い酸、心地よいミネラル感。
オフフレーバーが一切なく、変な添加物系のフレーバーも皆無です。
とても良いワインだと思います。
手前味噌ですが。。。。
2本目 マルキドボーラン カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン 2019 870円
マルキのカベルネは、シャルドネほど突出して美味しいわけではないけど普通に美味しいです。
カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンの特徴がきちんと表現されていると思います。
豊かなベリー系の果実味、バランスの良い酸、上品なタンニン。
これもオフフレーバーは一切見つかりません。
けっこう凄いかな？

The cluster coloring of Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden are going well.
The second cluster is getting bigger, too.
I cooked the starter plate.
It is my recent-favorite dish.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2019 870 yen
I tasted Marquis de Beau Rond at the first time in these days.
It is a very fine Chardonnay, I think.
I don’t mean it is nice for the price.
I mean it is a very high quality Chardonnay.
The taste is very pure and natural.
I felt elegant fruits, good acidity and comfortable minerals.
I didn’t find any off-flavor.
I am sure that it is a very nice Chardonnay.
It is outstanding for the price.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 870 yen
It is not so outstanding but very nice.
It shows well the nice character of Cabernet Sauvignon.
I felt nice berry fruits, good acidity, mild tannin and comfortable mouthfeel.
I didn’t find any off-flavor.
It might be outstanding?
