カツオのタタキ風カルパッチョ
グリーンサラダ
黒毛和牛のステーキ ブラックベリーソース
上出来です。
1本目 旭洋酒 ソレイユ クラシック 白 2020 1,500円
山梨県産の甲州100％で仕込まれた白ワイン。
オーナーの鈴木夫妻の目指すワイン造りは、しっかりと方向性が定まりブレがありません。
派手さはないけど、ピュアでクリーン。
健全なブドウの表情がはっきりと見えてきます。
やさしく柔らかく、それでいて一本芯が通った味わい。
欲を言えば、アルコール度数12％はもう少し低く抑えてもいいんじゃないかな？
これだけ、しっかりとしたブドウならば。
2本目 タケダワイナリー ルージュ 2019 1,610円
こちらは山形県産のマスカット・ベリーA 100％で仕込まれた赤ワイン。
ピュアでナチュラル、そしてワインとしての完成度が高いベリーＡです。
いわゆるキャンディー香は皆無。
ラブルスカの交配種というニュアンスがみつかりません。
ゆったりとした果実味、赤いベリー系の酸、穏やかながら心地の良いタンニンと余韻の長いアフター。
いや、これ、すごく美味しいです。
アルコール度数が10％と低いのですが、いっさいの物足りなさがありません。
余計な添加物は一切無し、シャプタリザシオンもきっと無しですね。
素晴らしいと思います。

1st Soleil Wine Classic White 2020 1500 yen
Soleil Wine is a small family-owned winery in Yamanashi.
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Yamanashi.
The style is simple but also very pure and clean.
I can find the wine making philosophy of Mr. & Mrs. Suzuki, who are the owner & wine maker.
I felt pure fruits, nice acidity and fine minerals.
May I request one thing, I want to taste this one more low alcohol version.
I think this one needs not 12% alcohol degree.
2nd Takeda Winery Rouge 2019 1610 yen
Takeda Winery is one of the oldest winery & vineyards in Japan.
It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamagata.
The style is truly pure and natural.
I felt rich fruits, fine red acidity, silky tannin and a long after taste.
I also felt a very good structure even though a low alcohol ( 10%).
It is a very good sample of fine Bailey-A.
What a nice red wine is this!
