カツオのたたき風カルパッチョ

エビとチキンのクリームドリア
ドリア作るの久しぶり。
大変おいしく出来ましたよ。
1本目 ラ・クロワ・グラシオ ピクプール・ド・ピネ 2019 1,580円
家でワイン飲むの4日ぶりです。
今日は少し良いワインを飲みたいと思って、このラングドックの白ワインを開けました。
ワタシは、少し良い白ワインを飲みたいと思うとき、しばしばこのピクプール・ド・ピネを選びます。
シャキッとしたフレッシュな果実味、キレイな柑橘系の酸と、深いミネラル感。
味わいはどこまでもピュアでナチュラル。
カツオのカルパッチョにもぴったりでした。
2本目 ラ・クロワ・グラシオ ピノ・ノワール ザズー 2018 2,500円
ワタシは、とても良い赤ワインが飲みたいと思うとき、しばしばこのピノ・ノワールを抜きます。
ラングドック産のピノならではの凝縮した果実の風味に加え、
冷涼な海洋性気候から生まれるピノノワールの繊細なエレガンスがあふれ出ます。
ピノ・ノワールを飲み込んだ人なら必ずわかる卓越したクオリティだと思います。
これ、本当に素晴らしいです。

1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2019 1580 yen
When I want to taste some better quality white wine than usual, I often choose this one.
It is made from 100% Picpoul grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc by sustainable farming.
I like the pure fruits, beautiful citrus and fine minerals.
The taste was really clean and natural.
It was very good for Bonito Carpaccio today.
2nd La Croix Gratiot Zazous Pinot Noir 2018 2500 yen
When I want to taste some high quality red wine, I often choose this one.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc by sustainable farming.
I love the delicious fruits, dense acidity, silky tannin and comfortable mouthfeel.
If you are fan Pinot Noir, you find the brilliance of this one, I think.
It is outstanding!
