一気に気温が上昇。体がついていけません。
特に朝のランニングが辛い。もうヘロヘロ。
1本目 リューボー ソーヴィニヨン 2018 1,580円
昼間30度超えの暑さで、きりっと引き締まったワインが飲みたくなり、これを抜きました。
ロワール河の河口付近で、自然農法で栽培したソーヴィニヨンブラン100％で仕込まれた白ワイン。
新鮮なアロマ、キレキレの柑橘系系の果実味と酸に、すっきりとしたミネラル感があふれます。
爽快なこと、これに勝るものなし。って感じで美味しいです。
2本目 マルキドボーラン ピノ・ノワール 2018 1,100円
赤もすっきり飲みたいと思って、このマルキのピノ・ノワール。
新鮮な果実味、赤いベリー系の柔らかな酸、穏やかなタンニンとサラリとした口あたり。
南のピノとは思えぬ冷涼感があふれます。
もちろん、きりりと冷やして飲みました。
夏は冷やして赤ワイン、です。

Suddenly, the temperature rose in Tokyo.
It was so stifling.
Especially, my morning running was very hard.
1st Lieubeau Sauvignon 2018 1580n yen
Because it was a so hot day, I wanted to taste a refreshing white wine.
Then I opened this one.
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the downriver area of Loire by sustainable method.
I felt fresh aroma, pure fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
It was so cool and refreshing.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2018 1100 yen
Also, I wanted taste some fresh red wine.
This one is so cool and fresh.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the vineyards close to the sea in Languedoc.
I felt charming red berries, nice acidity, light tannin and cool mouthfeel.
The style was very cool, light and fresh.
Of course, I tasted it very chilly.
Keep red wine cold in summer time!
