ひなまつり。
在宅で仕事をしていると、ついつい料理に手を出したくなります。
今日は一品だけ。
カツオのカルパッチョ風
トッピングに不知火みかんを使いました。
カツオは柑橘類と相性がいいですね。
1本目 ラコルテ レボッレ ピノノワール ソーヴィニヨンブラン エクストラドライ NV 805円（税込 885円）
このイタリアのスプマンテ、近所のセブンイレブンの棚で見つけました。
え、805円？ と思わず買ってしまいました。
調べたら、ロンバルディア州産。
ロンバルディアのスパークリングワインといえば、銘酒フランチャコルタが有名ですね。
これは、ただのスプマンテですが、それにしてもお安いです。
で、これが意外と美味しい。柔らかい泡、きれいな果実味、穏やかでもしっかりとした酸。
優しく透明な飲み口です。
フランチャコルタに似てるかも？
なんでこんなに安いの？
処分価格かなあ？
2本目 ルイ・シャルヴォン グランド・レゼルヴ NV 1,800円（税込 1,980円）
え、1800円？
シャンパーニュの値段じゃないです。
で、これも美味しいです。
シャンパーニュならではの存在感のある泡、エレガントに立ち昇るアロマ、綺麗な酸。
普通のメゾンものと変わらないと思います。この価格は輸入原価を推測してありえません。
処分価格？
セブンイレブンって、処分価格ありになったんだっけ？
昔はダメだったと記憶しています。
でもね、こんなキチンとしたシャンパーニュを処分価格で売らなくちゃいけないのは、ちょっと身につまされます。
今日は泡を2本も飲んじゃった。さすがにお腹が張りますね。

1st La Cote Lebolle Pinot Noir Sauvignon Blanc Extra Dry NV 805 yen + tax
I bought this sparkling wine at Seven Eleven near my home.
It is made from Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc grown in Lombardia Italy.
lol is the produce area of famous sparkling wine ”Franciacorta”.
I was surprised at seeing the price of this.
Too much cheap!
Then I want to try this one.
Well, it is a nice sparkling wine.
I felt soft babbles, good fruits and fine acidity.
The style is very clean.
Why they sell this one such cheap price?

It is not a price of Champagne.
I bought this Champagne at Seven Eleven near my home, too.
Also, It is a nice Champagne.
I felt creamy babbles, elegant aroma, good fruits, nice citrus and long after taste.
The quality is as same as popular Maison Champagne, I think.
The price is a special discount to clear the stock, I think.
Two bottles of sparkling wine made my stomach big.
